Order Status and Turnaround Time
We normally finish retipping and service orders within 2-3 business days from the time we receive them. For orders within the continental United States, Ground shipping can add up to 4-5 more days in each direction. Because of this, you can normally expect an approximate 2-week turnaround from the time you send your instruments until the time you receive them. Unless you have made prior arrangements to rush and/or overnight your order, please allow at least this long for your order to return.
Vacations and Office Closings
If you are on vacation or wish to send an order during other office downtime, please be aware that we cannot ship to an office if nobody will be present to sign for the package. If a package is returned to us for this reason, additional shipping charges will be applied to your account to re-send the package.
When sending an order from an office that will be closed, you may want to consider having us ship it to a different address. Simply make a note on your order form that you wish for the order to be shipped to an alternate address and provide that address on the form. We also recommend writing an alternate phone number so that we can get in contact with you should we have any questions or concerns about your order.
Warranty Repairs
If you have an instrument that you wish to claim a warranty repair on, please call us first before shipping it. If we don’t know the issue when we receive your instruments, we may not fix it correctly. Please contact us with a detailed description of the issue at hand so that we can assist you quickly and get your instruments back to working shape as soon as possible.
Resellers
We at Goldman Products manufacture our dental hand instruments directly. We’re not like most other dental manufacturers – you can purchase your instruments and services directly from us, without going through a reseller or representative. However, we do recognize that some of our customers would rather have a local point-of-contact or somebody that can take care of more than their hand instruments for them.
For that reason, we are happy to work with third-party resellers and distributors to extend our low-cost services to those customers who prefer a hometown presence.

Making Payments
Please note we require payment before we ship to you. If you wish to make a payment on your account by credit card, you may call us toll-free at 866-526-1166, or at our local number 847-526-1166. To pay by check, please make your check payable to Goldman Products Inc. and mail it to 379 Hollow Hill Road, Wauconda, IL, 60084.
Please be sure to include your customer account number and your invoice number with your check payment and your online payments!
Returns
New instruments that are returned for credit and not for exchange will incur a 20% restocking fee. Any refunds will appear as a credit to your customer account.
